Shipping Errors
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you discover any product errors caused by us, kindly notify our office within 24 hours of receiving your order, we will promptly address and correct the issue at no extra charge and a swap would be initiated.
Refund
We take great pride in the quality of our products. No refunds on goods purchased, We offer store credits if occasion warrants that.
Exchange
We don't offer exchange on our products, as our products are of sensitive nature. kindly ensure to check product name, description & size. Ask all necessary questions about a product before payment, as we reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges promised on the failure to do any of the following stated above.
Delivery Policy
We offer home delivery or office pickup to ensure your products arrive safely. If you choose to use a different form of delivery, such as a third-party driver, please be aware that any risk associated with this choice is your responsibility. As we cannot track the drivers, parcels can get damaged or get missing, and the company won’t take up the responsibility, as it wasn’t done professionally. We cannot be held liable for any issues that may arise once the product is out of our control.
Delivery within the state takes 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery outside the state takes 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery outside Nigeria takes 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery during Promo takes on or before 20 working days after payment confirmation due to the bulk orders. (unless stated otherwise)
Express delivery is only available within Abuja and Enugu which might come with extra cost.
We try our best to deliver within the time frame given but in events of unpredictable delays such as riots, climate change, protests and other road uncertainties, deliveries may be delayed.
Please note that Delivery fees are subject to change based on the weight of your package. Our logistics officer may reach out to you to reconcile any discrepancies in fee changed.
Pickup
Pickup option is available. You are allowed to pick up their orders within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Full details of the person picking up should be given to us prior to time for authorization to release your goods.
Leaving your package at our store for more than 5 working days will be categorized under "ABANDONMENT" and Jt_Luxuryglow will not be held responsible for your goods.
